01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AetherSec, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

02. Description of Service

AetherSec provides a cloud security posture management (CSPM) tool. We analyze your cloud configuration to detect vulnerabilities and inefficiencies.

Important Advisory: You acknowledge that AetherSec is an advisory tool and does not guarantee complete immunity from cyberattacks, breaches, or cloud misconfigurations.

03. Use License & Restrictions

You grant AetherSec permission to access your cloud environment via the provided IAM Role for the sole purpose of auditing. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary authority to grant such access for the infrastructure you connect.

04. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AetherSec, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

05. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

06. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tarragona, Spain.
